Suzane Mokbel – Managing Partner
Suzane brings nearly 20 years of experience in M&A, capital raising, divestiture, and strategic business development, particularly in B2B and B2C marketing, software, data, and AI/ML-driven emerging technologies. She has successfully led numerous transactions in marketing automation, software, data and analytics, retail technology, and consumer internet sectors.
Before co-founding Windsail Partners, Suzane worked at KPMG in the TMT advisory practice and Houlihan Lokey, a middle-market investment bank, focusing on software and data sectors. She also gained valuable experience at Petsky Prunier and Merrill Lynch, advising clients in advertising technology, marketing services, education technology, and healthcare information sectors.
Suzane holds Series 63 and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.
Boris Fridman – Managing Partner
Boris is a founder, operator, investor, and advisor with over 30-years serving in senior roles. With a background as an entrepreneur, he brings extensive experience in building and leading successful technology companies in the mobile, consumer internet, and marketing sectors.
Before co-founding Windsail Partners, Boris was a Managing Director at Madison Alley, a boutique middle-market investment bank focused on media and advertising. Prior to Madison Alley, he was the CEO of Crisp Mobile, a premium mobile advertising platform for brands and agencies, which was acquired by Quotient. He also served as COO of SJ Labs, the developer of the revolutionary magicJack VoIP consumer device, which was eventually sold to VocalTec.
As an entrepreneur, Boris founded and served as CEO of Broadbeam Corporation, a premier supplier of wireless middleware products to enterprises worldwide.
Boris holds Series 63 and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.
